Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at DormiCo Sleepwear. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing an order.
Please keep this e-mail as proof of purchase.
2. Shipping Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1 - 2 days. We will contact you if there are any delays.
However, some orders may take up to 3 - 4 days during holiday periods.
3. Shipment Locations
DormiCo Sleepwear ships internationally as well as domestically. If you have a question about domestic or international deliveries, please contact us at hello@dormico.com.au.
4. Shipments Rates and Delivery Estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
(a) Express Shipping
Australian orders for sleepwear are fulfilled using Express Shipping via Australia Post and will arrive within 1-3 business days from date of dispatch depending on location.
Express Shipping for sleepwear orders is free to Australian customers.
Australian orders for homewares are fulfilled using road freight and will arrive 5 - 14 business days from date of dispatch depending on location.
(b) International Shipping
International sleepwear orders are fulfilled using Australia Post International Post Standard and will arrive within 30 days depending on location.
Rest of the World shipping flat rate $30 AUD via Australia Post International Standard (6-20 business days estimate).
We do not ship our homewares internationally.
(c) Please Note:
(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
(iii) Date of Delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(iv) Due to holiday periods, weekends, and unforseen circumstances, packages to and from our facility in Adelaide, South Australia may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.
5. International Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destinatin country. Delays in delivery may accur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department. DormiCo Sleepwear is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery or importation of your package into your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other taxes, fees, levies,costs or expenses accociated with importing you puchase from us and shipping them internationally.
6. Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at hello@dormico.com.au.
7. Missing or Lost Package
DormiCo Sleepwear recommends that customers first look in common courier hiding spots if you are unable to locate your package. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at hello@dormico.com.au or through our Contact Us page to report missing or lost packages.
